Ludwigia Arcuata

A beautiful plant from Virginia and Florida of North America. They grow prostrate on wet lands with erect tips. Aerial leaves (0.5-2CM long and about 0.25CM broad) are alternate, lanceolate and green in colour. The stem will be erect when they grow submerged. The submerged leaves are longer and narrower, and develop brick red to reddish brown colour. This elegant plant is really an eye catcher when planted in the middle or in the corners of aquarium.
