This plant is native to Mauritius and it is distributed in parts of other countries like: China, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and… It is a low- growing plant which can live on dry lands like wet lands. Some people around the world consider it an invasive weed near the banks of the rivers. Its commercial name is Hydrocotyle Maritima. The leaves of this species is similar to Hydrocotyle Leucocephala, but much smaller. This plant needs much attention and also requires strong light and CO2 injection to grow good and reach the best size. High level of phosphate can help to avoid green algae from its leaves. For propagation, you just need to cut off the stalks. It is not difficult to propagate this plant.
